Victoria Shubelyak

Victoria Shubelyak is a risk & operations investment analyst at The Kresge Foundation. She joined the foundation in 2025.

Previously, Victoria served as a finance operations intern at General Motors, where she was involved with global product development of electric vehicle batteries and finance operations.

A native of metro Detroit, Victoria earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and global supply chain management from Wayne State University, where she also helped lead a student-managed investment fund established by Kresge to teach students portfolio management, evaluation and stock selection.
