Debra Kozole has joined The Kresge Foundation’s Investment Office as an investment director.

With more than two decades of financial services experience, Kozole has broad experience in managing private equity and debt. Kozole most recently served as a manager of domestic equities at Stellantis, where she managed a $2.5 billion portfolio of diversified private equity investments.

Throughout her career, Kozole has deployed more than $4.4 billion of capital commitments across more than a hundred funds.

“Debra’s extensive experience adds strength and time-tested know-how to Kresge’s Investment Office, which has never been more important than now,” said Vice President and Chief Investment Officer Rob Manilla.

Kozole earned a Master of Business Administration in accounting and finance from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Wayne State University.
