This paper, prepared by the HNTB Corp., considers the future of transit in the metropolitan Detroit region. The paper collects and analyzes feedback on the results of the 2016 referendum on the Regional Master Transit Plan (RTMP), on the RTMP itself and on the Southeast Michigan Regional Transit Authority (RTA). The paper then identifies additional master plan scenarios.
