Chae Kim is a fellow with the American Cities Program at The Kresge Foundation. She supports a grantmaking portfolio that invests in place-based efforts to seed and scale innovative community development practices across American cities. Chae joined the foundation in 2019.
Previously, she served as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting in Washington D.C., focusing in Civil Rights policy implementation, workforce strategy, and digital transformation projects. She has supported clients spanning the public and social sectors, including federal government agencies, nonprofits, international donor organizations and a social enterprise.
Chae earned a dual bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing from Georgetown University.
