Chae Kim is a fellow with the American Cities Program at The Kresge Foundation. She supports a grantmaking portfolio that includes funding efforts to seed and scale innovative community development practices aimed at improving the lives of people with low incomes in America’s cities. Chae joined the foundation in 2019.
Previously, she served as a consultant at Deloitte Consulting in Washington D.C., where she supported policy implementation, organizational change and digital transformation projects for clients spanning the public and social sectors, including federal government agencies, nonprofits, international donor organizations and a social enterprise.
Chae earned a dual bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing from Georgetown University.
