  • Address innovative multi-sector solutions to housing instability that improve housing affordability and quality through policy and practice changes;
  • Have a strong community and equity focus;
  • Include community level engagement and practice focused on solutions to one or more health and housing issues.

Proposals must be submitted by August 13, 2018 to be considered for funding this calendar year.
