United Community Housing Coalition will collaborate with the city of Detroit, Wayne County Treasurer’s Office, Community Development Advocates of Detroit and others to reduce the number of owner-occupied properties in entering the 2016 tax foreclosure auction and increase the number of properties withdrawn from the process.
