Council on Foundations

A Washington, D.C., area-based nonprofit membership association consisting of approximately 2,000 grantmaking foundations and corporations with a mission is to promote responsible and effective philanthropy. It provides leadership expertise, legal services and networking opportunities and other services to participating members and the general public.
